HOW IT ALL BEGAN…

In 2022, one of our daughters was engaged to be married. I took great delight in working with her to help plan both her bridal shower in March and her wedding in May. As I gathered items to get ready for both events, I would share suggestions with my daughter. She would talk with me about what she liked and she would let me know if there were things she was not as crazy about using for either event. I followed her lead and prepared to do what it would take to help her get just what she wanted for each of her special days.

The bridal shower took place and everything was lovely, from the decor on the tables to the mimosa bar to the food and dessert and gift tables!

Fast forward two months later to her wedding day. Her dream was to create a magical atmosphere in the woods on the property she shared with her soon-to-be husband. The reception would take place in another area on their property.

We worked diligently to make her dreams come true. Both the ceremony area and the reception area were beautiful and perfect!

The only thing that was missing that day was a tent, just in case the weather did not want to cooperate. The ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner hour, and cake cutting all took place rain-free. Then, as the bride prepared to dance with her husband for the first time as man and wife, it began to sprinkle. By the time the bride danced with her dad and the groom danced with his mom, the rain came a little harder and faster.

Needless to say, a few of us stayed on and danced in the rain as many others departed from the reception, but it was in that moment that we learned having a good quality tent to avoid having this ever happen again to another bride and groom was pretty important. It was then that my husband and I decided to start our business! We wanted to help others who dreamed of having their own outdoor occasions and celebrations make those dreams a reality, no matter the weather!

OUTDOOR OCCASIONS AND CELEBRATIONS BECOMES A REALITY

Our very first opportunity to help a family set up their outdoor occasion after we officially became an LLC took place during graduation season in June, 2024. The family of the graduate rented our 20x32 tent and enough tables and chairs to seat 60 guests. Our items looked absolutely gorgeous in their yard! (see picture) On the day of the party, it was clear that everyone had places to gather and sit with their friends and family under the shade of our tent. Chris and I, along with the honored graduate and his family, we were very pleased with the outcome of his big day!

Another event we were asked to set up for in the summer of 2024 was an engagement party. We, again, set up our 20x32 tent for the happy couple and their families. They added their own decor according to the colors and vision they had for their future wedding. The pictures they shared with us revealed a successful, fun, and very enjoyable celebration of their engagement!

In July, 2024, we set up our 10x20 tent for a party like we had never heard of before. The family hosting this event called it their “Redneck Party.” We supplied them with the tent and they added their own flair complete with a big “redneck” sign and lots of tacky items to set the stage for what had to be an absolute blast!

In September, we had the honor of hosting our own celebration for our daughter, Natalie. She was planning to be married on October 12, 2024 and requested having her bridal shower about a month prior to the wedding.

I, the mother of this beautiful bride, was elated to help her create an elegant outdoor atmosphere on the property she owned with her fiancé .

Beyond all of the events you have read about here, we have done so many other events! We helped our son and his wife create the atmosphere they desired for their wedding. We have helped people we’ve met all over Stark County, Ohio who learned of our business set up for occasions like birthday parties, graduation parties, showers, and Puja and Diwali festivities.
